Rafael Ramos Wins 5k at City of Commerce Turkey Trot

Let's all congatulate Rafa, a dedicated Wild Mountain Runner who won 1st place overall at the City of Commerce Turkey Trot on November 23, 2006. Rafa has been one of our most consistent and top WMR runners over the past years. With a personal best of 2:30:15 marathon, his current training regimen, running skills and performance are compared with elite-level athletes. Rafa ran cross country for Glendale College for a few years and has accelarated since them. * Running many years and experience has taught me how to train, what works for me and what doesnt* said Rafa. Now in the masters division, Im sure his performances will be unbelievable. Congratulations again Rafa!
